    Job Description:

    1. Managing Relationship Managers, Executives for various investments and broking instruments (equity, commodity, currency, etc.)
    2. Creating Branch Monthly sales plans and assigning them to the team members according to their strength and skillset.
    3. Managing center profitability by achieving increased productivity by sales and reducing the cost in areas deemed desirable to management.
    4. Branch administration, maintaining decorum.
    5. Taking regular updates from RM and evaluating their daily activity
    6. Maintaining a good relationship among various departments for the betterment of the branch and work culture.
    7. Knowledge up-gradation of branch employees about changes in system and process.
    8. Meeting monthly sales targets by utilizing available resources.
    9. Maintaining a healthy relationship with clients and investors.
    10. Maintaining compliance and rules of the branch activities.
    11. Motivating employees — RMs and Executives on a regular basis
    12. Developing Career Progression Paths, guiding subordinates towards success.
    13. Goal Setting and supporting team members. Serving as a team leads.
    14. Generate Revenue on various products by using the right skillsets of the team members.
    15. Grabbing opportunities to make revenue from Branch Profit.
    16. Providing resources and space for team members to grow with the system and reduce the attrition rate.

    Required Criteria:

    1. Min. 3+ Year of experience into handling Team into Securities Market/Stock Broking Firm.
    2. Must be a graduate.
    3. Should be able to achieve team targets.
    4. Excellent communication skills.
    5. Multi-tasker
    6. Candidate from a similar industry will be preferable.
